We keep data to a minimum. Specifically:
We rely on a small number of trusted services to operate Interoffice Antics. Each receives only the data needed for its function:
| Provider | Purpose | What it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | AI generation | The text you submit to a tool, to produce a result. Subject to Anthropic's terms and privacy practices. |
| Stripe | Payments | Your payment details and billing. Card data is handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. |
| Supabase | Accounts | Your email, authentication, and subscription/terms-acceptance record. |
| Hosting / CDN | Delivery | Serving the site and running our server functions, including standard request logs. |
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers. They may process data in the United States and other countries.
Several tools invite you to paste workplace content such as resumes, performance reviews, or compensation details. Please do not paste confidential, proprietary, personally identifiable, or otherwise sensitive information — your own or anyone else's — that you are not permitted to share with third-party services. Treat anything you submit as leaving your device for processing.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we do not store your tool inputs, most requests concern your account data. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Interoffice Antics is intended for adults in a workplace context and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
